This page lists the terms and
conditions that are associated with our standard training courses..
Definitions:
“You” refers to the person that has ordered from Armstrong-Smith
Consulting, the training specified in your order. The term “training”
refers to the methodology, power point documents and course materials
developed by Armstrong-Smith Consulting.
Payment Options:
Armstrong-Smith Consulting accepts the following forms of payment:
Approved Credit Card (via Paypal), Check and Cash.
Confirmation
Process: Armstrong-Smith Consulting will send you a confirmation
email for all training courses that you book. This email will provide
information concerning the location of our training center and our
cancellation policy.
Training Class
Size: Armstrong-Smith Consulting will attempt to restrict class
size to a maximum of eight and a minimum of three students.
Fees: Class
fees are payable to Armstrong-Smith Consulting at the time of booking.
We will send you a fully paid invoice when payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
Policy: Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in
your schedule. You must telephone us to cancel or reschedule a class. If
you wish to reschedule a class you must do so not less that 7 days in
advance of the original class date, otherwise the cancellation policy
will be applied. You will be permitted to reschedule one time only.

Classroom
Environment: Students are requested to sign in 15 minutes before
the start of class on the first day. Business casual attire is desired.
Course materials and equipment are provided by Armstrong-Smith
Consulting. Students should come to class prepared to learn.
Licenses:
You or your organization are required to own the relevant licenses for
the product that you will be trained upon. Your acceptance of these
terms and conditions releases Armstrong-Smith Consulting from any
liability to Oracle Corporation should it later be determined that you
did not own the required license at the time that you or one of your
employees attended training at an Armstrong-Smith Consulting facility.
Ownership and
Restrictions: Armstrong-Smith Consulting retains all ownership
and intellectual property rights to the methodology, presentations and
training materials that will be used during training. Any
materials that Armstrong-Smith Consulting provides to you in a class may
only be used by the students participating in that class for the purpose
of taking the class.
Without express permission from Armstrong-Smith
Consulting you may not:
- modify any training material or remove any
notice of Armstrong-Smith Consulting or Oracle’s proprietary rights;
- make the training material available in any
manner to any third party;
- cause or permit reverse engineering (unless
required by law for interoperability), of the Armstrong-Smith
methodology and training materials;
